Online
Now you can pay your utilities from the comfort of your home or office by using our online payment service. A credit card fee of 3.25% will be charged by the payment processing company for this service. Credit cards accepted:

Monthly Total Base Bill
- Water $33.00 (2,000 gallons are included with monthly base water rates)
- Garbage $18.50 per can
Residential Usage Above 2,000 gallons per month is charged $3 per 1,000.
FYI’s
- Bills are issued on the first of each month and payment is due on or before the 15th of each month.
- Payments received on or before the 15th at 5 p.m. are on time.
- Any payment received after the 15th at 5 p.m. will be considered late and a $2 or 10% penalty (whichever is greater) will apply.
- After 25th all unpaid accounts will enter shut-off status and is assessed a $75 penalty on the 26th day of each month.
- To have water reconnected afterhours (4:30p.m.), weekends (Friday-Sunday), or on holidays an additional fee of $50 (total of $125) will be charged.
New Accounts
Application: To establish a new account with Schley County Utilities, you will need to submit a complete, signed Utility Application to the utilities department. You can pick up a paper copy at the courthouse or you can download the form here to print off at home.
Deposit: A Deposit is required for all new accounts. Deposits are refundable to the account when the account is closed.
